Atmel Studio入門：myAtmel Accountとアップデート

Atmel Studioのインストール時には、アカウント登録は必要ありませんが、アップデートやエクステンション（拡張）を行う場合は、myAtmel Accountが必要になります。

アップデートとエクステンション

最初にAtmel Studioを起動すると、利用可能なアップデートやエクステンションが告知されます。

(Atmel Gallery – Upadate available)

通常は、”Help”→”Check For Update”で利用可能なアップデートのチェックが行えます。

エクステンションは、”Tools”→”Extention Manager…”で確認できます。

“Atmel Gallery”の起動

アップデートやエクステンションの導入は、”Atmel Gallery”で行えますので、”Update”ボタンをクリックします。

“Extension Manager”が起動します。

項目を選択するとアップデートの詳細を右側のメニューで確認する事ができます。”Free”の表示があれば無料でダウンロードできます。

“Download”ボタンをクリックします。”myAtmel Login”の画面が表示されます。

myAtmel Accountを持ってない場合は、アカウントを作成する必要があります。アカウント取得済の場合は、”Sign In”ボタンをクリックすればダウンロードに進めます。

“myAtmel Account”の作成

myAtmel Loginの画面の、”New User? Click here”の”here”をクリックします。

“Create a myAtmel Account”の画面が表示されます。記入項目を英語で埋めていきますが、メールアドレスや名前など基本的な情報のみです。

記入後、”I accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.”のチェック欄にチェックを入れて、”Submit”ボタンをクリックすると先に進めます。なおクリックする前に”Terms of Use”と”Privacy Policy”のリンク先の内容を確認しておきます。

“Thank You for Creating myAtmel Account”のメッセージが表示されます。

登録しておいたメールアドレスに、次のようなメールが届くので、リンクverify your accountをクリックします。リンクをクリックできない様な場合は、(https Link)のアドレスを直接ブラウザに入力します。

You have registered for a myAtmel account with the (mail address) email address.This will be used to log into your myAtmel account.

Now, please verify your account which will return you to the Atmel site where you can complete the process. If the link is not clickable, copy and paste the following URL into your web browser.

“Accept terms and Conditions”が表示されます。内容確認後、”Accept terms and conditions”にチェクを入れて”SUBMIT”ボタンをクリックします。
